Kid Solution #1

So, I'm really tired of looking at this great big Zipper bag full of broken crayons, dryed out markers without lids, and pieces of chalk...

SO I got THIS!

These twist up crayons last FOREVER, and they dont need caps and they dont dry out, AND if you don't let on to the kiddos that you can TWIST the crayon tip out, they'll just be amazed at how they're little crayons never get dull!

Just a cute Painting that Abby did! She's pretty good for a two and a half year old!

I am going to have to get Wyatt some of those crayons! Sometimes I think he would rather just break them than color!
Have you ever put the broken crayon bits into muffin tins or molds and popped them into the oven to melt and make jumbo multi-color crayons? I saw it somewhere on the net and am going to try it when we get a few more in our bag.

Oh, nice.

I was going to suggest what Toni did. I keep a bucket for crayon 'scraps'. When we have enough, we melt them down and make funky 'new' crayons.
